Julia Cosgrove, soprano, holds a master’s of music in vocal performance from the New England Conservatory and a B.M. in performance from Taylor University. Recent appearances include St. John Passion with the Holland Bach Society and guest performances with the Grand Rapids Symphonic Band and Holland American Legion Band. At home in oratorio singing, Julia has been delighted to sing Haydn’s The Creation with the Marion, IN Philharmonic and Brahms’ Requiem with the distinguished Handel and Haydn Society of Boston. Julia has previously taught voice at Hope College, Grand Rapids Community College and Cornerstone University. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Western Theological Seminary.
